Hosting
App hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Database hosted by Supabase Inc. on servers in Paris (France). Emails (sign-in and notifications) sent by Resend. Some of these providers are based in the United States; any data transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).
Personal data
Data controller: KAIDITECH. Data processed: your email address, your profile information (first name, last name, title, description, skills, status, city, day rate, LinkedIn link, photo) and what you post. Purpose: running the service (sign-in, profile, feed, directory, notification emails). Legal basis: performance of the service you use. Your day rate, email and city are only visible if you choose so, and only to signed-in members. Your profile is public only if you turn it on; your description appears there only if you choose so. No data is sold or used for advertising. Emails: you get an email when someone replies to your posts (at most one per hour per post) a reminder if your status hasn't changed in 30 days, and every Monday a roundup of new leads matching your skills. You can turn them off at any time in your profile. Feedback: what you send through "Give feedback" (with the page you send it from) is only read by the team, who may reply by email. Your feedback is deleted with your account. Messages between members: a message written in the app is sent by email to its recipient, with your address so they can reply; their address is not shared with you. Messages are kept for 30 days to prevent abuse, then deleted. Retention: as long as your account exists. You can delete your account yourself from your profile: your profile, posts, replies and photo are then erased immediately. The moderation log (decisions and the text of posts deleted by moderators) is kept for one year. You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@freedispo.com. You can also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Community rules and moderation
Freedispo is a peer-support space for freelancers of every trade. To keep it that way: • Post leads, questions, experience and feelings that help others. A lead must be real: no made-up offers, no CV harvesting. • No advertising, repeated self-promotion, sales prospecting or affiliate links. • No insults, harassment, discrimination or hate speech. • No one else's personal data (contact details, a client's name without consent), and no illegal content or content that infringes someone's rights. • One account per person. To limit spam, the number of posts is capped (for example 10 posts per hour). Any member can report a post. Moderators review reports and, depending on severity, may hide a post (it stays visible to its author), delete it, or block an account (the member can no longer post and disappears from the directory). Every decision is logged with its reason. To appeal a decision or report illegal content, write to contact@freedispo.com.

The site only uses technical cookies and storage that it needs to work: your sign-in session, your language and your theme choice. No advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent is requested.
